A weekly irrigation check is added to garden visits, and large pools move to twice-weekly visits, as summer heat speeds up water loss and burns off chlorine faster.

Questions about Garden Care

How is the monthly price calculated?

It's based on your garden's size, whether the lawn is natural or artificial, your pool size, how complex the planting is, and how many trees you have. Use the calculator on this page for an exact price.

Is VAT included in the price?

No. Prices shown are in AED and exclude 5% VAT, which is added to your invoice.

What counts as a 'complex' garden?

Complexity reflects how much variety and detail work is involved — mixed planting beds, hedging, container plants and water features all add time compared with a simple lawn-and-border garden.

Can I cancel or change my Garden Care package?

Yes. Garden Care packages are monthly and roll over automatically. Give us 30 days' notice to cancel, or get in touch any time to adjust your package as your garden changes.

Do you supply plants, fertiliser and pool chemicals?

Yes, routine consumables — fertiliser, pool chemicals and basic materials — are included in your monthly plan. Plant replacement and larger materials are quoted separately.

What happens to my garden and pool in summer?

Visit frequency increases where needed: gardens get a weekly irrigation check added from June to September, and large pools move to twice-weekly visits, because heat burns off chlorine faster.

What if I'm not happy with a visit?
