# Herbs to grow in Dubai

Most culinary herbs grow best in Dubai from autumn to spring, when days are mild, and many fade once summer heat arrives. Pots on a balcony or a small kitchen bed let you move plants out of the harshest sun and control the watering. Each herb below shows when to sow, when to harvest and when heat stress begins.
