## How the price is worked out

- Garden: (base AED 250 for the first 100 m² + AED 1.2 per m² up to 400 m² + AED 0.8 per m² above that) × lawn factor (natural 1, artificial 0.9, none 0.85) × complexity factor (simple 1, moderate 1.2, complex 1.45) + trees add-on (0–5 trees AED 0, 6–15 AED 60, 16+ AED 150).
- Pool per month: small AED 250, medium AED 350, large AED 500.
- Minimum monthly price without a pool: AED 300. Rounded to the nearest AED 10.
- Visits: pool 4 a month (large pools 8 in Jun–Sep); garden 2–8 a month depending on size and complexity.

## Add-ons

- **Palm pruning** (From AED 120–180 per palm): Removal of dead fronds and old flower/fruit bunches, priced per palm by height and access.
- **Targeted pest treatment** (From AED 150): Treatment for an identified outbreak, such as red palm weevil monitoring, scale or mealybug.
- **Holiday watering cover** (AED 25 per visit): An extra check-in visit while you're away, especially useful in summer.
- **Lawn renovation** (From AED 12 per m²): Scarifying, aerating and overseeding a tired lawn back to health, usually done in October.

## FAQ

**How is the monthly price calculated?**  
It's based on your garden's size, whether the lawn is natural or artificial, your pool size, how complex the planting is, and how many trees you have. Use the calculator on this page for an exact price.

**Is VAT included in the price?**  
No. Prices shown are in AED and exclude 5% VAT, which is added to your invoice.

**What counts as a 'complex' garden?**  
Complexity reflects how much variety and detail work is involved — mixed planting beds, hedging, container plants and water features all add time compared with a simple lawn-and-border garden.

**Can I cancel or change my Garden Care package?**  
Yes. Garden Care packages are monthly and roll over automatically. Give us 30 days' notice to cancel, or get in touch any time to adjust your package as your garden changes.

**Do you supply plants, fertiliser and pool chemicals?**  
Yes, routine consumables — fertiliser, pool chemicals and basic materials — are included in your monthly plan. Plant replacement and larger materials are quoted separately.

**What happens to my garden and pool in summer?**  
Visit frequency increases where needed: gardens get a weekly irrigation check added from June to September, and large pools move to twice-weekly visits, because heat burns off chlorine faster.

**What if I'm not happy with a visit?**
